One purchase unlocks 18 additional guided communication practices, with examples, prompts, and saved progress. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. Future separately sold products are not included. The App Store shows the price in your local currency before you confirm.
Open the Connection Toolkit offer in KindWithin and choose Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the purchase, and check your internet connection. Restoring your purchase restores access to the toolkit; it does not restore deleted notes or practice progress.
Check your internet connection and that App Store purchases are allowed on your device. Reopen KindWithin and try again. Your free tools remain available. If the issue continues, contact support with the message you see.
Your writing stays on this device. Unfinished conversation and practice drafts save as you write. Saved reflections and conversations are available in My space. KindWithin does not sync your writing between devices.
Open My space → Settings to export your saved content or choose Delete all my data. Records are excluded from device backups. Export anything you want to keep before deleting the app or changing devices. We cannot recover deleted local records.
KindWithin is an adult self-reflection and communication practice tool. Its original exercises are not validated psychological assessments, diagnosis, or therapy. They do not determine another person’s motives or predict relationship outcomes. If a relationship feels unsafe, prioritize your safety and seek appropriate local support.
Apple handles purchase billing and refund requests. You can review the options at Apple’s Report a Problem page.

Your reflections are personal. KindWithin keeps them on your device, under your control.
KindWithin stores questionnaire answers, results, conversation drafts, saved conversations, reviews, notes, and practice progress locally on your device. The app does not send this content to us or to a remote AI service. No account is required. The current app has no advertising, tracking SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or cloud sync.
The local journal file uses iOS file protection and is excluded from device backups. Uninstalling the app or losing your device can remove your records. Export anything you want to keep first.
You can edit your writing and export saved content from My space → Settings. Exporting or sharing sends information to the destination you choose; its handling is governed by that destination. Copying conversation text places it on the system clipboard. The app never automatically sends a message to another person.
Delete all my data in Settings removes local answers, drafts, results, notes, and progress. Individual saved conversations and journal entries also have deletion controls. Deleting a journal entry does not necessarily delete the separate practice editor’s saved text; use Delete all my data to remove all local copies.
Apple processes purchases and restores through the App Store. KindWithin reads verified transaction information through StoreKit to determine access to purchased content. We do not receive your payment-card details. Apple may process transaction, diagnostic, or usage information under Apple’s privacy policy and your device settings.
